Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and more), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link; depending on your country, local methods such as iDEAL or Bancontact — and USDC (stablecoin). Processing runs through Stripe; which methods appear depends on your country.
Yes — at checkout via Stripe with USDC (stablecoin). Whether the option appears depends on your country and currency; processing runs entirely through Stripe, and the site never connects to your wallet directly.
Get in touch via the contact form as quickly as possible — as long as production has not started, an order can often still be stopped. Independently of that, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal applies from receipt.
It depends on your cart and your delivery country. The amount is calculated during checkout for exactly that combination and shown together with an expected delivery date — before you pay.
Within the same kind of goods, yes — considerably: four caps to South Korea cost $29.99 shipping instead of four times $11.99 (measured 18 July 2026). Across different kinds of goods the costs add up instead.
Every piece is made to order; the production time is already included in the delivery date shown at checkout. Within the EU, consignments arrived within one to two days.
Possibly, if no VAT is collected for your delivery country. Such charges are set by the customs authority of the destination country; they are not included in the price shown and are usually due on delivery.
Yes — a fourteen-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods, no reason required. An informal, unambiguous statement by email to hey@henny.info is enough.
For a withdrawal you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If the item is damaged or wrong it is not a withdrawal case but a warranty case — then the seller bears the cost of cure.
After a valid withdrawal, at the latest fourteen days after the notice is received, back to the same means of payment. Reimbursement may be withheld until the goods are back or proof of return is provided.
An email to hey@henny.info with your order number and photos of the goods and the shipping packaging, ideally before everything is unpacked. The statutory warranty applies.
Every product page includes a size chart with the manufacturer's measurements in centimetres and inches (length, chest, sleeve — measured flat). Measure a piece that fits you well and compare — that beats any blanket recommendation.
How do I care for my piece?
The binding care instructions are on the sewn-in label of your piece. When in doubt: wash cold and gently, turn embroidered and printed areas inside out, skip the dryer.
What are the pieces made of — and where do the blanks come from?
Every product page states the material and base product openly in its facts block — down to the manufacturer designation of the blank. Each piece is printed or embroidered individually, to order.
Limitation & authenticity
What does “limited” actually mean here?
Every limited product has a fixed edition (fifty to two hundred and ten pieces, depending on the product). The counter runs through the certificate system; the real remaining count is shown live on the product card and page. Once the edition is issued, no more are made.
Limited pieces are numbered consecutively, counted per product. A one-time redemption code is included in the parcel; product and number can be verified publicly. Nothing is signed.
On the public verification page: pick the product, enter the number — it shows the edition, issue date and whether the number has been redeemed. The redemption code from the parcel ties the number to you.
After payment you receive a download link by email — valid for thirty days, each file downloadable multiple times. No copy protection, no account and no additional software required.
In principle yes — but it expires if you expressly consent to immediate delivery during checkout. That is exactly what checkout asks for digital items, before you pay.
Henny — Heinrich Songmin Berger, from Cologne. One person: the motifs, the website including its own checkout, the support. Legally everything runs through Typhora Group LLC.
Yes — design, code, checkout, choice of blanks, support. Each piece is produced to order by a production partner and shipped directly to you; that is also why nothing is signed — anything else would be an empty promise.
Why a crypto collection?
Deep Water translates the mechanics of the market — whale and shrimp, the halving, twenty-one million — into reduced motifs. Deep Water is one category within the Crypto Collection; the world keeps growing with more themes, and further worlds are planned.
Yes, continuously. The shop is a growing universe, not a one-off drop — new motifs arrive as they're finished. News goes to the newsletter first (sign-up in the footer below).
